We are inviting suitable investors to establish and own the next three MrKool flagship centres through our Managed Franchise Programme.

Automotive air-conditioning is an important vehicle comfort and functionality system, particularly in Singapore's hot and humid climate.
MrKool focuses on specialised services including:

The six-month management fee waiver begins from the outlet's actual commencement of trading.
The 5% management fee applies from the seventh month onwards, calculated on net sales excluding GST, refunds and other agreed adjustments.
Workshop setup, equipment, rental deposits, working capital and other operating expenses are separate from the franchise licence fee. Full investment requirements will be provided following site and business assessment.
New outlets require time to establish local awareness, develop their customer base and stabilise operations.
By waiving the management fee for the first six months, MrKool reduces the franchisee's initial operating burden while HQ focuses on launching and developing the outlet.
This is an introductory support arrangement, not a guarantee of sales or profitability.

Proposed new specialist centre serving the eastern automotive market.

All new locations are subject to site suitability, landlord approvals, investment assessment and operating feasibility.

Read UpdateIt took me 2 separate visits to resolve a sudden problem with my car. The first visit was mid-morning two days before Chinese New Year. When I turned up, Ah Tong and his colleagues immediately checked my car even though they were already working on other cars. A diagnosis was made but unfortunately, the spare parts needed were not available at their regular stockists. I was advised to cautiously drive home & not use my car thereafter. Despite having spent a fair bit of time on my case, there was no charge. If I didn’t return but go elsewhere, their time spent that morning would have yielded nothing. My second & final visit was on the day the workshop reopened after its festive break. I provided the required spare parts having successfully sourced them from a local stockist found online (yay, we got lucky!) So finally, the spark plug misfiring & ignition coil replacement were efficiently & quickly settled by Bentley - what a cool name 😎 (see photo of the dude!) The labour fee was higher than at our usual workshop, according to my husband. But I considered it money well spent for a professional solution by experienced hands at a service station just 4km from home. More importantly, the staff was responsive, responsible, friendly and helpful, and that assured me I was in good hands when I arrived at Shell AutoServ Tampines that fateful morning.
